Fuel surcharge BAF is calculated according to the following formula: diesel price increase (percentage) multiplied by 0.35 (share of fuel in the cost of transport service provision).
The basic price of diesel is €0.7663 per litre (terminal gate price of Neste Eesti AS diesel).
